Here it is the 2006 program of the friulan offroad tour with TWINS!

The 3rd MAIALFRIULI will last on an entire weekend (with a "prologo" on friday's evening) and will be developed with the renewed and enthusiastic partecipation as aid and security, by our friends from SENTIERI LUMINOSI and the BRANCO (that will lend us a helping hand in case of need with MONO and BIC that at last spread among them):

PROLOGO– FRIDAY the 14th of july
Rendez vous at 18.30 at the “LOCANDA AL CASTELLO” in front of the Castle of Colloredo in Monte Albano.

You'll be my guests for drinking something at my house (500 meters from the castle) and then dinner and sleeping in a local agriturismo.

1st DAY – SATURDAY 15th of july (dedicated to the highest mountains)
We'll have about 230 Km of riding, half of that offroad for bicilindricals.
Tyres with knobbies are warmly suggested but not indispensable.
We'll reach 2.000 meters on the sea level through a partly new path thinking about previous editions.
The saturday tour is quite long (at least 8 – 9 hours), therefore it is necessary to leave early! (not after 9.00 o'clock in the morning).
Due to the length of the saturday tour we won't stop for a real lunch (but maybe we'll be very fast, and in that case…), but we'll have just some to eat improvising wherever we will be.
Dinner in a local agriturismo (a different one from the friday's evening).

2nd DAY– SUNDAY 16th of july
the tour will be ONLY the morning.
We'll make about 120 Km, half of that offroad.
There will be a lunch to say goodbye (in a third agriturismo) and in the afternoon (around 15.30) everybody will head home.

The two day are “a margherita”, that means we'll leave and return in the same place.
It is possible (i'm managing to organize) that we'll pass through the borders with Slovenia and/or Austria, so you'll need to have your identity documents amd the green card (if necessary).

For thoise who come from far away it will be possible to sleep in the same place on friday's and saturday's nights and leave every kind of luggage and pick it up on sunday's afternoon (in order to ride as light as possible in offroad).
Everybody that does not want to go back to the hotel can organize himself with luggage offroad friendly (soft cases, etc.)

The logistic program:
I must give a number of people to the agriturismo, and so i need to know as soon as possible (within the 25th of june 25.06.2006) how many are even thinking to partecipate in order to make reservations, etc.

I'll try my best to make the price of sleeping (for two nights), friday's dinner, saturday's breakfast and dinner and sunday's lunch will be about € 120,00, - 150,00.

But the details will be available only when i'll know more or less the number of partecipants.
